The IACAT Operation Center (OPCEN) serves as the central coordinating and monitoring office of all trafficking in persons cases and shall operate under the supervision of the IACAT Executive Director.
The IACAT OPCEN receives and processes human trafficking reports and complaints, serves as victim/witness coordinator and locator, and acts as a referral center for victim protection and assistance including referrals for reintegration services.
